Today in Ramadhan (21) – The martyrdom of Imam Ali (a.s.); Killing of Ibn Muljam; Bay’ah of Imam al-Hasan (a.s.); Passing away of Prophet Moses (a.s.); Ascending of Prophet Jesus (a.s.); Passing away of Sheikh al-Hurr al-‘Amili.
On such a day, the pillars of guidance were destroyed; after a lifetime of serving the cause of Allah, Imam Ali (as), like any other members of Ahl al-Bayt, reached his martyrdom and went to meet his Lord.
